Discover the famous picture: THE CREATION OF ADAMO -MICHELANGELO BUONARROTI
Among the most famous paintings of art history there are certainly those made by Michelangelo in the Sistine Chapel and in particular there is: "The Creation of Adam."

When Michelangelo was commissioned to decorate the Sistine Chapel by Pope Julius II della Rovere, did not follow the usual patterns of pictorial tradition, he instead invented new school for any painter who were eager to renew his way of painting.
The decorations made by him became famous around the world thanks to the work of engravers that allowed the printing of even the smallest part of the Chapel and a favorite by people appears the representation of the first man in the Bible: Adam.
Studies of the great Tuscan artist on the human body appear all here and is accented by the fact that the figure of the male nude is the only one to have so much space all to himself; more is in a nearly central position of the time (of Chapel ceiling) and the effect for the observer looking from the bottom, is certainly significant.
Its color of skin bright highlights the muscular masses so as to appear as a relief sculpture than a painting. Of course that stunned those who in his time had never seen anything like this and decreed the success imperishable pictorial image of Adam performed by the master Michelangelo.
